Our Approach to Grief Coaching

Our work together is gentle, collaborative, and always centered on you.


During our sessions, we may explore:

  • Open, compassionate conversations where you can share freely and without judgment.
  • Supportive guidance and education to help you understand your grief.
  • Reflective and meaning-making practices to help you process your experience.
  • Calming tools for grounding and emotional steadiness.
  • Gentle support around anniversaries, triggers, and the many transitions that grief can touch.


We move at your pace. Some sessions are quiet and reflective; others are practical and grounding. All of them are rooted in compassion.

Working with me

Work with me through a free consultation to explore whether grief coaching feels like the right fit before starting. One-on-one coaching is offered on a flexible, pay-as-you-go basis, allowing support to meet you where you are.
